ramapulisoft.com is a static site served through Cloudflare. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies on it. Cloudflare keeps standard request logs for security and performance.

E-mail and phone

When you write to a ramapulisoft.com address or call us, we keep the correspondence to reply to you and to deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell or share contact details.

CollectBot

CollectBot runs inside the customer's own Claude desktop app and Chrome browser. Ledger photos and bill details are read in the customer's own Claude session and entered into the customer's own distributor system; they are not uploaded to Ramapuli Soft. Our licence server records the licence key used, the time of each run, the run's step log and the Excel reports it produced for that run, which are deleted automatically after seven days. Claude's handling of data is governed by Anthropic's terms for the customer's subscription.

Security

Our services run on Cloudflare with HTTPS everywhere. Licence keys are stored hashed. To report a security concern, write to customer_service@ramapulisoft.com.
